File Transfer From Old Computer to New Computer - When upgrading computers, this service will transfer all your files and settings from the your old computer to the new one. If you want this service done at your home, you will be billed at an hourly rate - otherwise you can drop off the computers or have us do the transfer remotely with prices starting at $139.
Diagnostic Fee - $45 (For every computer we look at, there is a $45 diagsnostic fee. This fee is always waived if you want us to do the repair)

Operating system installs are $149 for Windows computers and $149 for Mac systems. We will restore your computer to the way it was the day you purchased it. This is the best method if your computer runs slow or is un-responsive. Usually there is a sticker on the side of your computer with a Microsoft Windows license. This sticker needs to be affixed to the computer so we can activate your copy of Windows. If you purchased Windows separately, the license needs to be provided to us. We can upgrade you to the latest version of Windows or Mac OS for the same cost.
